Birmingham’s National Exhibition Centre, or NEC, is one of the UK’s most beloved and recognisable venues. First opened in 1976, the NEC has hosted thousands of events, shows and exhibitions across a wealth of themes and industries.
Located conveniently next to major motorway, railway and airport connections, the NEC has 20 halls, making it the largest and busiest exhibition centre in the UK. Amazingly, it’s also the seventh largest in the whole of Europe too.
Built to prove that big shows can exist outside of London, the NEC has hosted the Classic Motor Show, Crufts and BBC Good Food Shows.
