What is a pop-up display stand?
Pop-up stands are a popular display stand option and are often used as branded backwall displays for events such as trade shows.
At Display Wizard we know that transporting and assembling an exhibition stand can be difficult, so to make the process easier, all of these pop up exhibition stands are easy to transport and put up on site. These stands are so popular at trade shows for a reason: you can have a branded backdrop assembled in just a few minutes!

How much does a pop-up exhibition stand cost?
Expect to pay £264 for a 3x1 display, rising to £384 for a highly popular 3x3 display. Pop-up stands are popular with customers because they're easy to use and more affordable than custom-made options.
Our prices include your pop-up frame and premium branded graphics. In addition, you can add LED lights for greater impact and a wheeled carry case for easy transportation. We can also provide an upgrade bundle with 2 x 12W LED floodlights and a wooden case with a folding top and custom graphic wrap.
Beware suppliers offering extremely cheap pricing as they may be cutting corners with the graphics or print quality, with many suppliers printing abroad leading to quality issues which cannot be easily rectified. We print all our pop up displays on the latest large format printers in our premises in the North West of England.
What are the standard sizes of a pop-up stand?
Giving standard sizes for pop-up stands can be trick, as they're measured in quadrants. So, a 3x3 stand relates to the number of quads, not the size in metres.
In addition, quadrant sizes can vary according to the stand type, so ensure you check the overall assembled size listed on our product pages. You can then choose the right product for your assigned exhibition space.
The collapsed frame is a fraction of the size and is easy to transport in its own carrying bag.
Where are your pop up display stands printed?
All our pop up displays are printed in-house on our premises in the North West of England. We only use quality 465 micron scratch-resistant print polyester graphics printed with the latest UV LED technology, helping us provide you with impactful graphics that will last for multiple uses.
Unlike many other UK suppliers, we design and print our stands in-house. This gives us complete control over the production process meaning we can guarantee an eye-catching print finish and can reduce print errors and the need for reprints.
What is the turnaround time for pop up displays?
Our simple online order process and in-house facilities and extremely quick turnaround time mean you can have your custom-printed pop-up stand in around 3 – 5 working days from approval of artwork.
We always list the earliest possible despatch date on each individual product page. Delivery options are shown on checkout.

How sustainable are your pop up trade show displays?
At Display Wizard we recognise the impact some large-format printed materials have on the environment.
That’s why we are working hard to reduce the environmental impact of our pop up display stands. All our printed graphics are printed with solvent free inks and we offer environmentally friendly media options, such as PVC free materials.
What’s more, once you have bought a pop up stand you are able to simply replace the graphics rather than buy a completely new frame, reducing the need for unnecessary landfill.
How do you assemble a pop-up stand?
As the name suggests, you don't need tools or an extra pair of hands to assemble your display. The frame pops up and is secured with magnetic bars that clip in place. These magnets then stick to the magnetic tape on the graphic, holding it firmly in place. As a result, our Event Pro pop-up display is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble for repeat use.

What artwork do I need for an exhibition pop up stand?
When it comes to your custom-branded graphics, there are two options. You can supply your own artwork or use our graphic design service, which is available on each product page.
When designing your own graphics, bear in mind that only some parts of the panel are visible. In general, you need to create a design for two or three central panels with D-shaped panels on either side. So, you'll need to be aware of positioning your graphic elements to maximise brand impact.

What are the different types of pop up stand?
Our classic pop up displays are made from durable scratch-resistant print polyester graphics to provide a large, visually appealing backdrop. They work well with pop up counters – custom-printed counters which can provide a useful meet-and-greet area for your stand.
There is also an exciting new addition to the range - fabric pop up stands. These displays are made up of a portable frame and lightweight fabric graphics, making them even quicker to assemble than classic pop up displays.
