Custom Foamex Board Printing

Foamex is a rigid PVC foam board with a smooth print surface, making it a practical choice for signs, display panels, point-of-sale graphics, menus, wayfinding and exhibition graphics.

Our square-cut Foamex boards are printed directly to the panel and supplied with straight edges for a clean finish. Choose 3mm, 5mm or 10mm Foamex, with single- or double-sided printing available depending on the selected option.

As a general guide, 3mm is a lightweight option for smaller signs and display graphics, 5mm is a versatile choice for general signage, and 10mm provides additional rigidity for larger or more substantial panels. The best thickness depends on the finished size, installation method and intended use.

Foamex can be fixed using suitable tapes, screws, stand-offs or other mounting methods depending on the installation. If the board will be used outdoors, consider the location, fixing method and expected exposure, and choose the specification accordingly.

Cut-to-shape Foamex is designed for custom graphics such as logos, arrows, product silhouettes, character cut-outs and branded display shapes.

Choose 3mm, 5mm or 10mm Foamex with single- or double-sided printing where available. Your artwork must include a suitable vector cut path so the required outline can be followed accurately.

Artwork requirement: For custom Foamex cut-outs, the cut path must be supplied as vector artwork. If you do not have suitable vector artwork, you may need to use our Graphic Design Service.

Cutting limitations: Cut-to-shape production is intended for relatively simple outlines. Very intricate shapes may not be suitable for clean cutting. Where appropriate, adding a white border around complex artwork can help protect fine edge detail.

Important: Boards over 1500mm in either width or length will be supplied in two pieces to support safer shipping and reduce the risk of transit damage.
