Festive green tinsel frames wooden and ornamented Eid decorations on a green background. Lanterns, stars, moons, and a decorative camel sit amongst the green tinsel. This still life composition creates a light-hearted mood. The photo could be used for projects centered on Eid, celebrations, religion, spirituality, or cultural events.

Eid Displays, Signage & Event Print

A festive, bright photograph showcasing the celebration of Eid. A yellow balloon with the words "Eid Mubarak" is in the foreground, with a few additional balloons slightly visible on the right. In the blurred background, several people walk in what appears to be an urban setting, possibly a shopping mall or an airport. The lighting is bright and the overall mood is lighthearted. This photo is well-suited for projects related to holidays, celebrations, family, and community.

Create a welcoming space for Eid celebrations and events

Eid events can range from community celebrations and family activities to hospitality, retail campaigns, charity events and larger organised gatherings.

Use printed tablecloths to create branded welcome, registration or information tables, pop-up stands for larger backdrops and photo areas, and branded counters for reception points or promotional spaces.

For supporting signage, roller banners, Foamex printing, poster printing, fabric banners and LED lightboxes can carry coordinated Eid artwork across entrances, event spaces and customer facing areas.

Custom Foamex printing for Eid displays

Custom Foamex board printing is a strong option for Eid promotions where you want something more distinctive than a standard rectangular sign.

Foamex can be printed in full colour and cut to shape, making it suitable for welcome signs, decorative shapes, event graphics, directional boards and celebration displays. Use it for retail displays, hospitality promotions, event signage, photo points and other seasonal campaign graphics.

Build a coordinated Eid welcome and event area

A simple Eid event display can combine several reusable products without making the space feel over-designed.

For example:

A printed tablecloth for registration or welcome
A branded counter for information or giveaways
A pop-up backdrop for a stage, presentation or photo area
Roller banners for entrances or schedules
Foamex boards for welcome and directional signs
Posters for programmes, menus or community information
Fabric banners for larger walls or event spaces
Illuminated poster frames for hospitality or retail messaging

Where possible, keep the hardware reusable and update only the printed graphics for future events, campaigns or seasonal occasions.

Eid display FAQs

What display products work well for an Eid event?

Printed tablecloths, pop-up backdrops, branded counters, roller banners, Foamex boards, posters and fabric banners can all work well depending on the size and style of the event.

Can you create an Eid welcome backdrop or photo wall?

Yes. Pop-up display stands and large format fabric graphics can create branded welcome backdrops, presentation backgrounds and photo areas. The most suitable system depends on the required size and how often it will be reused.

Can I use printed displays for Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha?

Yes. The same reusable display hardware can be used for different Eid events by changing the printed artwork, posters or graphics to suit each occasion.

What works well for restaurants and hospitality venues?

Printed table displays, posters, roller banners and illuminated poster frames are useful for Eid menus, booking information, opening hours and celebration packages.

Can the hardware be reused for future events?

Yes. Many pop-up stands, roller banners, counters, poster frames and table-display products use reusable hardware. Depending on the product, new graphics or inserts can be ordered for future events.

Can I supply my own Eid artwork?

Yes. Custom printed products require artwork prepared to the relevant product specification. If you need help understanding the required dimensions or setup, speak to the Display Wizard team before submitting final files.
