Exhibition Stand Design & Hire

The main pricing factor is the floor area of the stand. Display Wizard's current fixed-price bands are £429 per m² for 0-12m², £379 per m² for 13-24m² and £349 per m² for 25m² and above.

For example, a 3m x 3m stand is 9m² and works out at £3,861 at the current rate. A 4m x 4m stand is 16m² and works out at £6,064, while a 6m x 5m stand is 30m² and works out at £10,470.

The standard package includes structural hire, graphics, flooring, lighting and cable management, furniture hire, project management, health and safety documentation, build and breakdown, and a 3D render. Requirements outside the standard specification, venue-related costs or additional services may require a separate quote.

Display Wizard requires 50% of the stand cost on booking and the remaining 50% two weeks before the build date.

After you have supplied your requirements, our exhibition stand designers will provide a free 3D visual of your exhibition booth design so you visualise how it looks for the event.

This render will be constantly updated throughout the design process, with your feedback taken into consideration and updated graphics for the stand when these are finalised.

Display Wizard’s team of graphic designers can design and format the large-format print artwork for your stand if required. Alternatively, we can supply the dimensions of the graphic templates for your design team to work on.

As large-format print specialists you can be assured that all artwork will be set up in the correct specification. We print in-house on high-quality digital printers for vibrant colours and impactful messaging.

A custom exhibition stand requires a lot more documentation than a smaller exhibit, due to the requirements for additional electrical equipment, load-bearing structures and external contractors on site.

As established exhibition stand builders, Display Wizard arrange all the required documentation for your event including a risk assessment, electrical requirement forms and any other documentation required by the venue or event organiser.

We wish we could say there are never any issues during the show, but it’s always a possibility due to the complex nature of these exhibits as well as staff/passers-by damaging the stands.

The project manager for your event will be there for the handover to your main contact, to talk you through how the stand works and to make sure you are 100% happy before the show. During the event, you will be able to contact the project manager who will be able to handle any issues that arise.

Due to the size and storage requirements of Vision Kits, we’re unable to keep these projects for reuse. However, we do offer a range of reusable modular display solutions that can be adapted for future events.

If you’d like to use the same stand again, we can provide a quote to rebuild it, or work with you to design a new exhibition booth. For multiple events, we can often offer better pricing by storing your stand safely and reusing it without the need for extensive redesign or reprinting.
