We currently have the following roles available:

 

Graphic Designer

Hours: Permanent FT position – 37.5 hours PW and 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) 8.30am to 5pm

Benefits: On-site parking (own transport essential due to rural location), Realistic progression opportunities available

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual to join our Design Department at our Office in Garstang, near Preston.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer who has a confident telephone manner and loves to build a rapport with customers, advising them on products as well as design.

The role will involve following up on enquiries, advising customers on exhibition stand layouts and designs, working with the in-house exhibition team and supporting the design team with proofing customer artwork. Any previous sales experience will be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will proactively liaise with key decision makers, guiding projects from the initial enquiry to the final design of the stand.

A few things about you:

As a graphic designer you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, making recommendations where necessary and most importantly creating professional designs.

  • Experience of working in the print industry would be desirable
  • A degree in Graphic Design or relevant qualification
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop & Acrobat
  • Experience with using Sketchup would be preferable (training provided if required)
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines

Experience: Graphic Design: 3 years (Preferred)

Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Sales Executive

Hours: Permanent FT position – 37.5 hours PW and 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) 8.30am to 5pm

Benefits: On-site parking (own transport essential due to rural location), Realistic progression opportunities available, 10% bonus on offer

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual to join the Sales Department at our Office in Garstang, near Preston. As a Sales Executive you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, relating back, making recommendations where necessary and closing deals. 

We are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic outbound / Inbound sales professionals, with full sales cycle experience.

The role will involve taking inbound calls from customers, supporting them through the buying process and then confirming the order. Other channels for the Inbound enquiries come via email and the live chat service on our website. The role will also involve making outbound calls to key accounts and prospecting new business.

The ideal Sales Executive will proactively liaise with key decision makers, completing all or part of the sales cycle from the initial sales call to closing the sale, whilst continually sourcing new business sales opportunities to maximise revenue.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You must have experience of working in a target driven sales role
  • Experience with overcoming objections and being resilient 
  • Adopting a consultative approach to the sales process 
  • Ability to reach and influence decision makers
  • Great telephone manner
  • Track record of hitting KPI's and targets 
  • Good longevity in previous roles
  • Self-motivated, success-driven and hard-working
  • Able to make outbound sales calls to identify and maximise opportunities to develop new business

New Business Executive

Hours: Permanent FT position – 37.5 hours PW and 1 hour for lunch (unpaid) 8.30am to 5pm

Benefits: On-site parking (own transport essential due to rural location), Realistic progression opportunities available, bonus on offer subject to performance

We are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual to join the Sales Department. The appointed candidate will be identifying new customers through strategic outbound campaigns, making initial introductions, building relationships with prospects, understanding customer needs through questioning and then referring potential customers over to the sales team for a quotation when the time is right. 

Duties Include:

  • Contacting prospective customers and arranging appointments on behalf of the sales team
  • Creating relationships with potential clients by fact finding
  • Overcoming objections
  • Updating in house systems 
  • Achieving targets 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You must have experience of working in a target driven sales role
  • Experience with overcoming objections and being resilient 
  • Ability to reach and influence decision makers
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong CRM and diary management skills
  • Track record of hitting KPI's and targets 
  • Good longevity in previous roles
  • Recommending products and services that meet our customers’ needs
  • Using a consultative sales process to overcome any customer objections
  • Self-motivated, success-driven and hard-working
  • Building rapport with each customer and excellent questioning skills
  • Ability to make a large number of cold sales calls daily to identify and develop new business opportunities
