We have split our graphic design service into 2 different types: 

  • Basic – For customers with ready-to-go content, our designers will expertly handle layout, sizing, and colour adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for your chosen product(s). 

  • Premium - This is a more in-depth service which is for customers who don’t have much/any content to provide. In this case, our skilled designers will work closely with you to understand your specific goals and source design elements, images, wording etc. to create bespoke artwork that perfectly aligns with your brand and target audience.

Our In-House Design Capabilities

  • High-Performance Workstation PCs:

    Our designers use workstations loaded with the latest Intel processors and Nvidia Graphics cards – ensuring no bottlenecks in the design process. They also use Pantone Validated ViewSonic monitors, ensuring that designs on screen match the final product.

  • Graphic Design Software:

    Our talented team of graphic designers utilise the latest industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other advanced design tools. This allows us to create captivating designs tailored to your specific requirements.

  • 3D Design and Visualisation:

    For projects that require 3D elements or visualisations, we employ cutting-edge 3D modelling software. This enables us to create lifelike 3D representations of your displays or products, allowing you to visualise them before production.

  • Colour Management System:

    To ensure accurate and consistent colour reproduction, we have invested in a sophisticated colour management system. This system calibrates our printers, and other devices to industry-standard colour profiles, guaranteeing vibrant and true-to-life colours in the final print.

  • Proofing Process:

    Before sending any design to print, we review and proof the artwork. Our team conducts comprehensive checks to catch any errors or discrepancies, ensuring a flawless final product.

  • Extensive Partner Network:

    For some products that can't be manufactured or printed in-house we are able to fulfil orders to our exacting standards through our long-standing partnerships with external companies.

FAQ's

What type of file should I upload for my artwork?

We ask that all artwork files be provided as high-resolution PDFs or EPS files at 25% of the final size. Please save the artwork as a single artboard, without crop or bleed. To ensure the best print quality, all 25% artwork should be submitted at 300dpi.

How do I upload my artwork?

For files under 10MB:

Please email your file/s to artwork@displaywizard.co.uk with "Artwork for" and your name / company name and order number as the subject e.g. Artwork for Joe Bloggs & Co #1234.

For files over 10MB:

Please use a file transfer service such as WeTransfer (free to use for files up to 2GB) clearly stating your name / company name and order number in the message e.g. Joe Bloggs & Co #1234.

Are you able to match my exact pantone colour?

Our designers use Pantone Validated ViewSonic monitors, ensuring that designs on screen match the final product.

Where can I find the Artwork Templates?

All of our product artwork templates can be found on the individual product pages in the 'Artwork Templates' tab, below the product options. From this tab, you can download the relevant PDF & Illustrator file for your product.

What happens once I have uploaded my artwork?

After you upload your artwork, our in-house graphic design team will be notified that new artwork has been submitted. Once we receive it, our team downloads the files and starts the artwork review process. At this stage, a team member will reach out to confirm we have received your artwork and to flag any immediate issues. Rest assured, we won’t send anything to print without your full approval.

Will I see a proof before it is sent to be printed?

For all printed products, we provide a PDF proof to customers within 24 hours of receiving their artwork files. This allows you to review and make any necessary changes before we proceed with printing. We will only move forward with printing once we have received your final approval and sign-off.

Do you offer design for large-scale exhibitions & full events?

Our Design team is strongly experienced in covering design for full shows, designing every stand at an event.
