To Make an On-line Purchase Click on 'Buy' to add items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and follow the on-line instructions to complete the order. We will email confirmation of your order and, where necessary, follow up with a telephone call to confirm details (such as artwork requirements). Cleared funds will be required before despatch of goods.

Order confirmation does not indicate that a contract yet exists between us. Acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, is confirmed only when we send you an invoice. This term is included to protect us in the case of price changes, inadvertent mistakes in pricing, or should we be no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price variance, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Title Title to any goods supplied remains the property of Display Wizard until paid for in full.

Shipping And Handling Goods are normally despatched by a national courier and a signature is required on receipt. Timed and weekend deliveries may be possible, and charged as extra.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver as quickly as possible. Commodity products, such as literature racks, are generally stock items, and can be despatched within a few days. However, the majority of products are either made or assembled to your specification, and may be dependent on receipt of 'print ready' artwork. We will therefore contact you to agree an acceptable delivery schedule.

We accept only orders for UK delivery via our web site. Should you wish to order for delivery to other destinations, please contact our Customer Services Department on 0845 2300 780.

Bulk Discount Policy The following discounts bands apply when quantities of the same product are ordered via this website-the discount will be automatically calculated when the quantity is added:
1-4 Units - Standard advertised price
5-9 Units - 5% Discount
10-24 Units - 10% Discount
25-49 Units - 15% Discount call 0845 2300 780 for authorisation
50-99 Units - 20% Discount call 0845 2300 780 for authorisation
100+ Units - Price on request call 0845 2300 780 for details

Returns Policy The majority of products are made or assembled to a customer's specification, and are therefore not offered on approval. All products carry warranty against manufacturing defects, and any faulty goods will be repaired or replaced as appropriate. In the event of a complaint, all work subject to the complaint must be returned to Display Wizard Ltd within 14 days, along with a written explanation as to the reason for return. No responsibility for error will be considered by Display Wizard unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

In the event of goods being received which appear to have been damaged in transit (especially where the packaging may be crushed or pierced), please ask the recipient either not to accept the delivery, or sign for it as "Unexamined". If this occurs, please contact us immediately.

If you require the goods to be returned for any reason other than the item being faulty please contact us within 14 working days of reciept explaining the reasons for the return.

Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.

Content We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our web site. However, in accordance with the applicable laws, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Prices and Tax Charges Prices are shown on our web site in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT @ 15%.

Privacy Policy Display Wizard Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. Loss or Damage Whilst every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to customers' originals or other articles, neither Display Wizard Ltd nor our agents shall be held responsible for any loss or damage from any cause whatsoever in respect of any goods, materials and other materials entrusted to us for any purpose whatsoever (including transit). Insurance cover on hired equipment is the sole responsibility of the hirer. Loss or damage to hired equipment shall be charged at the current replacement or repair cost.

Warranties All products purchased from our web site are guaranteed against mechanical failure for 12 months from the date of purchase. Returned products may be exchanged or a refund given provided that proof of purchase is given.

Right of Cancellation UK law is applicable.

Validity If any of these Terms and Conditions are unenforceable it shall not affect the enforceability of the rest of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing said by our sales personnel shall amount to a variation of these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.
