The Swinger 4000 Poster is a fully recyclable pavement swing sign with a water fillable base and built in wheels allowing for easy movement. The Swinger 4000 Poster requires no tools to assemble and accepts A1 posters. The polycarbonate poster pocket, steel frame and recycled polyethylene base are all fully recyclable.
