The Swinger 3000 Panel is a fully recyclable pavement swing sign with a water fillable base with built in wheels allowing for easy movement. The Swinger 3000 Panel requires no tools to assemble and comes complete with a double sided digitally printed graphic. The aluminium panel, steel frame and polyethylene base are all fully recyclable.
