Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven and highly motivated individual to join the Sales Department. As a Sales Advisor you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, relating back, making recommendations where necessary and closing deals with the overall goal of driving sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Location & Hours: Full time position - 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour un-paid lunch break included) – Office based.

The role will involve proofing customer artwork, designing artwork for large format print, designing assets for the marketing team, and working with our CRM to organize workflow. As a graphic designer you will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, making recommendations where necessary and most importantly creating professional designs.

Location & Hours: Full time position - 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday (1-hour un-paid lunch break included) – Office based.

Job Description / Duties:

• Artwork set-up & proofing (Pre-flight)

• Managing workflow via our CRM dashboard

• Liaising with clients via email and phone

• Collaborate in generating and updating product artwork templates

• Full graphic design service, mostly based around existing product templates

Essential Experience:

• A degree in Graphic Design or relevant qualification.

• Full working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro) with proven ability.

• Ability to think creatively.

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques

• A creative and keen eye for detail with ability to spot artwork issues

• Excellent organisational skills

• Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Beneficial Experience:

• Experience of working in the print industry (Large Format)

• Experience with using Customer relationship management software (Training will be provided)

• Portfolio of previous design work in and around print work would be beneficial
