Exhibition Stand Case Study - A Proctor Group

The client contacted Display Wizard in June 2006 from our website and requested information on our exhibition stands as they were re-branding and planning a new stand for the 2007 exhibiting season. The catalogues were duly sent.

In July we were contacted again by the client to say we had been shortlisted to produce and present a design brief for a 7m x 6m and an 6m x 4m exhibition stand which thay intended to use a a number of exhibitions during 2007.

The instruction from the client was that the stand was to include a flexible backdrop which can be transported and reused at various exhibitions, furniture, display plinths and graphics to compliment the re-branded corporate brochure which was supplied.

Our design team went to work and produced the design brief which was presented by our Exhibition Director to the project team at A Proctor Group in Perthshire.

In September were were asked to produce a detailed quotation for the Directors to approve. The quotation was to include the supply and design of the stand and graphics, building and dismantling the stand at a number of exhibitions during 2007 and storage between the shows.

In October we were offered the contract and the first exhibition was in February at Cityscape 2007 ar Earls Court London and our Exhibition Director attended a project meeting to discuss their detailed requirements.

Between October - January our designers, exhibiton team and the client were busy agreeing the final design and set up of the stands

The Stand was produced using Wizard Airframe with graphics, an Arena Gantry System with lighting, exhibition furniture, plasma screen and carpeting.

The design was agreed in January and production was started.

On 27th February our exhibition stand construction team built the stand at Earls Court and the A Proctor Group had a successful exhibition.
